I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Marion Technical in Ocala , FL 2017 and have been passionately persuing the field of Massage Therapy and learning so much along the way! I believe in the wellness benefits of massage therapy . In this country what we refer to as health care should be refered to as “ sick care”. We wait to do any maintenance on our bodies until theres a red flag or an issue most of the time because that is what we know. When the fact is it is easier to stay well than to get well.
Wellness massage is recommended at least once per month. I believe in maintaining the body and taking care of the muscles because being mobile and flexible mean everything when it comes to quality of life.
